Elves and Music

I'm ok at playing music but not the best

I sing fairly well - I'm not a soloist by any stretch of the imagination - but I'm a decent singer, and pianist - though I've let both slide recently... I really ought to take them back up - but oh well.

Personally i find it an unfair assumption to say all elves are adept in music because elves, like many forms of sentient life, have the ability to learn and grow in soul, mind, body and spirit. We also must add to the consideration that not all elves were of the same species nor existence therefor adding more varying factors to this idea.

I was not overly adept myself in music, most i could do was sing. My ability came more into understanding and meaning behind things deeper than most. I think the idea may come from the belief of elves being higher in existence and earth magicks than humans, or at least this is just my theory. They seem more in tune with music because they understand it for more than what it is, giving one the ability to tap into a source more than another.
